Research Interests

Prasanth’s research primarily focuses on the sustainable technologies such as the 
  1. Exploration of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems under submerged conditions, driven by modern technology, produce electricity to marine electronic devices, naval corps, remotely controlled autonomous vehicles, and various other sensor networks. 
  2. Solar thermal management of PV systems and water desalination. 
  3. Developing novel electrode materials for supercapacitors to enhance their energy density for electric vehicles, as well as flexible and wearable electronic applications.
